I love to read about PR and marketing mistakes because I always learn something new that I should keep in mind for my own business and for my clients.

Some of my favorites over the years have included New Coke, the infamous “Butcher Cover” for the Beatles Yesterday and Today Album and the crash of Windows 98 during a live press conference featuring Bill Gates.

Not only can we learn from our own mistakes but if we’re smart we can also learn from the mistakes of others instead of just laughing our butts off.
