This was by far the funniest article I had read in a long time, by journalist-blogger extraordinaire, Tim Phillips on his blog Talk Normal. The funny part of it is, it is SOOO true!
How many of us are on conference calls more and more? The more clients we get, the more calls we seem to have. But are all those calls really valuable? Live communication is always a far better commodity than electronic – but whether it is productive depends on whether we get to the point!
