Low prices luring homebuyers back?

FOX 13 Pinellas reporterST. PETERSBURG – Real estate prices in Pinellas County may finally be low enough to lure buyers back into the market.
The Pinellas Realtors Organization reports a 25 percent increase in home sales last month, compared to February 2010.
The same February-to-February comparison also shows a 29 percent drop in median price (now $89,000) and fewer homes listed for sale."Absolutely, the price is the major factor," said Jack Mortimer, who moved into downtown Clearwater's Water's Edge condominium on Christmas Eve.
