A part of Sears is getting a very big “In” from me and that is for the Craftsman tool line. I cannot say much for the rest of Sears which has lost its sense of relevance…or rather its own voice. I am not sure who dreamed up the “Blue Team”. Were they copying UPS who was the “Brown Team”? You will notice that UPS killed that idea rather rapidly.
But today I am not here to rip apart Sears, but praise them for having enough sense to reinforce a product line that spans generations and are capturing a new one with its digital efforts. So by all means if you are a tool junkie or not, checkout the Craftsman Experience! Reality video like this here, is a great way to keep customers coming back for more – instructions, how-to’s, etc. Way to go!
