Dunkin Donuts ans Social MediaI have been catching up on my “never ending pile” of things to read following my trip to New York last week and ran across a great piece by Lisa Lacy on how Dunkin’ Donuts is using it’s loyal fan base and fan photos to create buzz about their iced coffees.
