Disco Inferno in Downtown Clearwater October 23

Disco Inferno PosterThese guys just look like they can create a wild and crazy party atmosphere!  Disco Inferno will be performing on the Cleveland Street stage in downtown Clearwater on October 23rd from 5:30pm – 10pm.  It is going to be outrageous… I think everyone will be dressed as Disco Zombies or something!

The cool thing is that the beer proceeds are being donated to the benefiting charity that night, which is Clothes To Kids.  I have heard such good things about them – they really treat their clients as if they were royalty.  I love hearing that kind of service being offered to others.  I met the Promotions Director (I believe that was her title), Daisy, from Clothes To Kids one night at a social event for another client of ours.  The level of dedication she felt toward this organization was impressive.

So, in case you didn’t know it – 4th Friday Clearwater is not just about listening and dancing to good music and drinking beer – it is all done for a good cause… actually many.  Street vendors get to sell their wares and charities get to volunteer in exchange for beer proceeds.  It’s a lot of fun!

By the way, the byproduct is really cool too – more businesses are opening up in Downtown Clearwater and right now there are some new restaurants: 2 Italian, 1 French… 1 from Canada as well.  With Ruth Eckerd Hall funneling their smaller venues through the Capitol Theatre, I predict even more businesses will start getting on the bandwagon.

So check it out this month’s 4th Friday Clearwater Street Party on October 23rd… and dress up in your favorite Disco Halloween digs!

Hope to see you there!
