“Florida Vacation Guide: Great eats in the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa
“Sit in a bright, upscale dining room and watch the chefs preparing your meal in their wide open kitchen. Or perhaps you’d prefer to feast outside on the patio?
“One of the hottest dining destinations on Clearwater Beach is SHOR American Seafood Grill, the signature restaurant at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa. The restaurant is held in very high regard, thanks to its creative cuisine and use of fresh, sustainable, organic and/or locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant has earned many accolades and awards over the years including the prestigious AAA/CAA Three Diamond Award, Open Table Diner’s Choice Award and Tampa Bay Magazine’s Best of Tampa Bay Award.
“What’s to eat?
“For breakfast, choose from healthy options like Greek Yogurt with granola or steel cut oatmeal topped with fruit and berries. Or if you like to start your day on a more sinful note, try the creamy Crab Benedict or coconutty Key Lime Waffle.
“For lunch, have a Grouper Sandwich, a lobster club or a pot of steamed mussels.
“Two of SHOR’s most popular dishes are on the dinner menu: The delectable Lobster Ravioli and the Wild Mushroom Risotto.
